Journey Home East (JHE) is a transitional program for female, non-binary and transgender young adults, ages 17 to 21, who have completed a primary treatment program and will benefit from continued support as they transition back into a community-integrated environment. Our goal is to help our students grow into mature, responsible, accountable, and successful young adults who can apply the lessons and principles that they will learn in the world.
