We are Cynthia (Belgium) and Niko (Canada) and we're hitchhiking from Ireland to Alaska, across six continents, for a minimum of five years and without taking one single airplane! We're not your average travel blog. Instead of rushing through places and ticking of countries on a list, we prefer to spend some quality time in the places we visit. We travel very slowly so we can create comprehensive travel guides and at the same time immerse ourselves in the local culture while learning more about the traditions and daily lives of the people we meet. We document our experiences through videos (Niko), written stories and photography (Cynthia). We also share our knowledge by writing useful guidesabout overland travel, visas, hitchhiking, travel gear, how to maintain a long-term life on the road and how to financially sustain this lifestyle.
