Journai is building the system to manage that human side. Sam, our private AI thought partner, helps athletes and coaches work through challenges and take meaningful next steps. We’re also building tools for staff to manage developmental relationships and preserve what they learn. In our NCAA-funded study across eight universities, 62% of surveyed athletes reported that something they discussed with Sam led to a conversation with another person.
