All about family…and incredibly delicious cookies! When my nephew was 2 years old, he was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. Having earned my Pastry Chef degree, I poured my energy and love into creating recipes for great tasting, lightly sweet and mouthwatering cookies made with gluten-free ingredients. To my surprise, what started as crafting cookies for my nephew, quickly grew into a family business!
