Jointly Information

Jointly helps teams do their best thinking, together. Most organisations are experiencing AI one person at a time. A few enthusiasts race ahead, everyone else waits and none of it adds up to a shared capability. We change that. We bring your team and AI into one working session, focused on one real problem and guide it from start to finish. We call it Collaborative AI, or multiplayer AI and it works wherever your team does: in person, remote or hybrid. The thinking gets better because people build on each other's ideas. And because your own team does the work, the capability stays in the business instead of walking out the door with an outside consultant. Two ways to work with us: AI Immersion. Two days inside the future of work. Your team builds an AI-powered startup from scratch, then scales it to thirty staff using AI agents, without hiring a soul. AI Sprints. A week to an answer your team will actually use. The right people around a single challenge, with AI helping everyone move faster and think wider. By the end of the week you have a direction and a tangible plan your team is ready to put its name to, not just another strategy deck. We are practitioners, not presenters. We build with the tools we teach. As a Miro Global Solution Partner, every Sprint runs inside a custom-designed Miro Worksite built around your challenge. And through our unique 1FOR1 programme, every paying participant funds a place for a young entrepreneur to take an idea from concept to viable business with AI as a co-founder. No fees. No catch. Tell us what your team is trying to figure out.
