We offer a range of fee structures on all projects, and we always work with clients up front to ensure a predictable cost. In all engagements, the scope of work and our fee structure will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. Further, in all cases our clients remain responsible for paying project related costs, and we ask new clients to make an advance fee and cost deposit, which we deposit in our client trust account. Fixed Fee: We can perform many projects for a set fixed fee. After discussing the project, we agree on a scope of work and a fixed fee. Monthly Subscription: We offer some services such as our Legal & Executive Coaching program and our Small Business & Entrepreneur & Executive Program on a monthly subscription basis. The price is determined by the agreed scope of work and the client's need. Hourly: Our hourly rates are highly competitive and some clients, especially in-house counsel, prefer the hourly billing method. GMP Hourly: On some projects with a clear scope of work, even litigation, we are open to setting a guaranteed maximum price to our hourly fee schedule. Contingency: For some litigation projects with strong positive claims for the recovery of money damages, we will consider taking the case for an agreed percentage of the recovery. We do not advance costs and we will ask our clients to make an advance cost deposit. Reduced Hourly / Reduced Contingency: For some litigation projects with strong positive claims for the recovery of money damages, we will consider taking the case for a reduced hourly rate and an agreed percentage of the recovery that is lower than our standard contingency fee. We do not advance costs and we will ask our clients to make an advance cost deposit. Milestones: Some legal projects are performed in predictable stages. In these projects, we will consider accepting the project on an agreed fixed fee for each milestone.
