Established in 2014. Family owned bakery specializing in homemade baked goodies. We have our cases stocked daily but take orders for custom items including celebration cakes, wedding cakes and catering. We can also offer options for gluten free, dairy free and etc. We have breakfast and lunch options as well. Our single-origin coffee is roasted weekly and we have a variety of organic teas. Jennifer opened Johnson's Bakery on November 18th, 2014. She had been baking and decorating cakes for family and referrals from home until that point. In November 2013, Jennifer competed in Bastrop's first Adult Entrepreneur Business Plan Competition and WON! That put the dream of owning a bakery into motion.
