We are a nonprofit scientific research and educational organization celebrating 100+ years! We study human abilities and offer career aptitude testing to working adults and students aged 14+ in one of our 15 offices across the U.S. so they can learn about their natural talents and find great career fits. Unlike online career quizzes and interest surveys, our tests are performance-based and research-backed to provide objective data about your innate abilities.
