The two founding principles, Gayle McCann and Pat McCann, have a staff of 22 benefits advisors, consultants, and support staff. Our specialty areas are medical groups, nonprofit organizations, corporations, small banks, and municipalities. We provide our services to 300 clients, ranging in size from 2 to 7,000 employees; our average client employing fewer than 1,000 employees. We offer innovative and cost-effective solutions in the areas of group health, life, dental, disability, retirement, and long-term care. In addition, we offer administrative services to assist your human resources professionals.
