John Carr Consultancy Information

Helping people with their goals, hopes, aspirations, and dreams has featured fairly heavily throughout my career as a teacher- manager-coach and, more recently, as a recruitment company director. There is just something special about that connection that is made when you meet somebody, listen to their story and have the priviledge to be in a position to advise, guide and encourage a direction toward shared success. This sense of making a difference is my primary motivator and trigger and is the absolute foundation of my new business: John Carr (JC) Consultancy. Being a teacher (former headteacher) and a recruitment expert makes me a unique support for employers and candidates alike. Our services are aimed at working with employers to ensure that they are ticking all the right boxes to attract top talent and, more importantly, to retain this talent! For candidates- whether you are looking for a job to pay the bills while you study, your first professional role after university, a promotion or a career change; I am here to coach you through the best options and devise the most effective plan of action to ensure you succeed! February 2019 is a milestone for me as it marks a new chapter in my life- starting my own consultancy service in Dublin! Get in touch and let's see how we can work together to make your goals a reality!
