John Callahan Information

John Callahan has dedicated most of his professional life to the housing industry. Watching is father's success in business encouraged John's passion to create a business which was not only successful professionally, but was also rewarding for his family and community. John has worked with Sutton Group in St. John's and throughout the Northeast Avalon since 2007, when he also launched his own business BNJ Home Builders. The real estate and home building company incorporates all of his passions. Even the name is symbolic as the acronym represents the names of his three sons; Brandon, Nicholas, and Jacob. John started his career as a project manager with K&P Contracting and graduated from Memorial University as a Certified Electrical Technician and gained certification as an Engineering Technologist; meaning he not only understands how to help you buy and sell property, but can also talk about the structure of a home or development with confidence. John's ambitions are to find homes and neighbourhoods his clients love; to leave buyers with knowledge, rather than questions; and to develop long-term client relationships built on a foundation of trust. The Callahan family lives in Flatrock, where John has served for 12 years as a volunteer firefighter with the Torbay Volunteer Fire Department. He plays in the Torbay Men's Senior Ball League, Torbay Men's Slow Pitch League, and is an active Killick Coast Regional Games coach for youth while proudly sponsoring these games.
