Dr. LaBare graduated from the University of Illinois college of Dentistry in 1981 and served in the US Navy Dental Corps at Port Hueneme from 1981-1984. He continued serving with the US Naval Reserve and has been in private practice in Oxnard for over 25 years. In 2014, he moved the practice into the current new office location at 500 East Esplanade Drive, Suite 1150. Dr. LaBare takes pride in providing high quality dental care in a family atmosphere. Patient comfort is his utmost priority. He enjoys meeting and getting to know each patient and serving their particular dental needs. Dr. LaBare keeps current with the constant improvements in dentistry by attending continuing education throughout the year. He has been an active member of the Santa Barbara/Ventura County Dental Society, the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association for over 25 years. In his spare time, Dr. LaBare loves to hike, fish, back pack and ski/snowboard in the Sierras and spend time with his wife, 4 sons, and dog, Rosie. He is an avid reader and invites his patients to use his share a book area located in the office waiting room. Heidi attended all local Ventura schools and is a Buena High School graduate. She has been employed in the dental field since 1982. She graduated from the Pasadena Dental Hygiene Program in 1994 and has been with Dr. LaBare for the past 13 years. She loves working with all of her dental patients- providing them with high quality dental care with a smile. In her spare time, Heidi likes to do crossword puzzles, spend time outdoors, and play with her cat, Cali. Virginia grew up in Oxnard and graduated form Rio Mesa High School before completing the Dental Education Program at Simi Valley Adult School. She has worked in the dental field for 30 years and has been with Dr. LaBare for the last 21 years.
