It is the successor to Concept Communications, Inc. , a boutique agency which developed interactive and Internet technologies from 1994-2004. Joel Kline, PhD, is a Professor of Digital Communications at Lebanon Valley College with over 25 years of communications and technology experience. The firm's project experience includes mobile apps, Information Design, Knowledge Management, Technical Communication, Social Media for Business, and Communities of Practice development. Our projects emphasize the User Experience (UX) aspect of technology application. We develop effective solutions with a blend of cultural, strategic, and technical components.
