Most job boards currently focus on data not on people, although they suggest they have some ‘magic’ matching algorithms, they have mostly taken the human out of human resources and replaced it with data drowning. We have recruiting, behavioral profiling and organizational psychology experts; so we know what to do and how to do it. We know recruiting and job search from both sides.
