With a single -line code, hiring companies can request references from candidates, who then source it themselves through Joblock, then share the confirmed references back to the recruiter. On the exit door, our employer clients can incorporate Joblock into their exit interview process and port leavers' references at the point of exit, thus avoiding the perpetual costs and reputational risks of processing future reference requests.
