Our model is being developed around W-2 employment, with Jobdogg designed to serve as the employer for a verified workforce. Our goal is to simplify how businesses access talent while creating greater continuity and opportunity for the people doing the work. Founded by Stacey Elaine Sharpe, whose background includes more than 20 years in staffing, executive recruiting, and business development, Jobdogg draws on firsthand experience with the challenges facing employers and workers.
