Job Pathways (formerley East Kimberley Job Pathways or EKJP) is a not-for-profit community development organisation working across the Kimberley region to strengthen employment, skills and long-term economic participation. Proudly owned in partnership by Wunan Foundation and Wirrum Dawang (formerly KREAC), we are community-led and grounded in local knowledge, culture and relationships. Today, we are the largest employment services provider in the Kimberley, supporting more than 3,000 participants across the East Kimberley, Halls Creek & Tjurabalan, Bidyadanga and Broome. Through our employment services, Wayfinder disability services, and Revive recycling and circular economy initiatives, we create practical pathways that strengthen individuals, families and communities.
