My personal values have set me on my career path and that congruence between what I do and the things that are important to me, confirms that I have found my true vocation. I have always had a strong desire to help and support people and I take great pride in presenting myself as a development professional. My focus so far has been in supporting managers and doing all I can to make their lives at work easier, giving more clarity of direction, eliciting more focus and therefore work becoming more enjoyable. Managing others can be a daunting prospect and it so very clearly contributes to the success or downfall of a business. The work I do has an impact on so much more than just the managers I meet, it spreads far and wide amongst the business community making the managers work life easier and more productive, also positively impacting their colleagues whether above, below or alongside. Promoting effective communication, collaborative relationships and aligned values and objectives enables life at work to flow and creates powerful results. Anything is possible.
