I’m a mental health speaker, trainer, consultant and ambassador for getting real about mental health. I work with companies and organisations – teams and individuals, who want to get real about understanding mental health. Who are ready for real conversations that get beyond awareness to real action. We all have mental health. We are all different when it comes to what we can handle. My approach gets you to drop the fear, park assumptions, build confidence and grow resilience.
