JNCTN Information

JNCTN is a secure, cloud-based platform for creating, managing, and verifying digital credentials, helping organisations verify people, protect safety, and build trust at scale. We make it simple to confirm that the right people, with the right credentials, are on site, on the job, and authorised to be there. By streamlining compliance, reducing administration, and improving workforce visibility, JNCTN helps organisations reduce risk, stay compliant, and keep people safe. At the same time, we empower workers to stay connected, in control, and work-ready with trusted, shareable digital credentials they can carry across jobs, sites, and employers. JNCTN is proven across New Zealand’s energy industry, supporting employers, contractors, training providers, and industry partners with reliable verification, faster onboarding, and trusted workforce visibility at scale. At the same time, JNCTN is expanding rapidly in the United States, supporting linemen, unions, contractors, and electrical industry organisations with proven digital credentialing and workforce verification. What we do • Create, manage, and verify digital credentials • Verify identity, qualifications, and work eligibility • Support safer worksites and stronger compliance • Reduce admin and speed up onboarding • Improve workforce visibility and accountability • Replace assumptions with real, verified proof Why it matters When trust breaks down, safety, productivity, and reputation are at risk. JNCTN replaces paperwork and guesswork with verified data, transparency, and confidence, so organisations and workers can prove trust, not just promise it. Trust starts here.
