The development of technology is skyrocketing in this era. We find that the issue of information security is getting more and more important. Smart home appliances, monitors, electric vehicles being hacked are the topics often seen on news. Therefore, our team dedicate ourselves to avoid these problems from happening. We developed a new kind ofmemory called MSOTP(Multi-States and Multi-Bits one time programmable). With MSOTP, we can have more possibility on our transistors, and thus become much harder to be hacked and to reverse engineer. In addition, due to the characteristics of Multi-States and Multi-Bits, it is more area and power efficient with our products. We hope that people around the world can totally feel free to use IoT devices without worrying whether the information security is safety or not one day in the future.
