I specialize in the coordination of all project tasks with IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Supply Chain. Working through sourcing solutions with key strategic suppliers to improve deliverables, stage equipment integration, and accurately forecast operational “go-live” dates, help control project costs and consistently meet user expectations. Over 17 years of experience in the energy industry (including regulated critical infrastructure), collaborating and leading cross-functional teams to execute large-scale digital initiatives, change management, and critical operations.
