JK Design is a specialist producer of sheet metal components and assemblies with a reputation you can trust. Growing from a sub-contract simple component manufacturer, to establishing itself as a company that offers design concept, development and prototyping, right through to fabrication and assembly, the business has expanded to include its own product range. We provide a high quality product to a wide range of industrial markets internationally, including computing & electronics, food/drink handling systems, industrial machinery and refrigeration, rolling stock, renewable energies, gaming and coin-op and retail. We have an exceptionally well equipped facility that enables us to provide a turn-key service to our clients including laser cutting, CNC punching, folding, spot welding, MIG/TIG welding, studding, powder coating AND wet spraying. We process a wide variety of raw materials including sheet steel, bar, expanded metal, perforated steel, coated steel, hollow section and tube. Batch sizes vary from less than 10 to tens of thousands.
