JJ Builders Information

JJ Builders designs and builds post-frame buildings and barndominiums across Pennsylvania and Maryland, with work reaching into New Jersey and Delaware. Shops, garages, equipment storage, commercial post-frame buildings, and barndominium homes. If you need space, we build it. We build for three kinds of people: Business owners who need space to work, store, and grow. Collectors who need the right garage for what they own. Families building a home that lasts. One contract covers it all. Design, permitting, and construction stay under one roof, so you are not chasing three companies to get one building done. You get one team, one plan, and one point of contact. Our framing is done by Amish crews who have built their whole lives. It shows in the details, and it shows years later in how the building holds up. Where we build: Turnkey projects within about 2 hours of Lancaster. Shell-only projects within about 3 hours. We have put up 500+ structures. Most of our new work comes from past clients and the people they send our way. That is the number we care about most. Based in Holtwood, PA. JJ King founded JJ Builders in 2018. He also serves as a volunteer firefighter and EMT. Same approach on the job site as on a call: do it right and show up when it counts.
