Our dishes are all served piping hot and ready to enjoy in the atmosphere reminiscent of Marylands Chesapeake Bay heritage. Come as you are to Jimmy Cantlers Riverside Inn, where the watermen gather for fresh seafood and steamed Maryland blue crabs 7 days a week, all year round. Cantlers owners and founders, Jimmy and Linda Cantler, are native Marylanders. Jimmy worked as a waterman on the Chesapeake Bay. The Cantler family has worked in the seafood industry for five generations. In 1974, Jimmy started a restaurant dedicated to serving fresh seafood in a casual family atmosphere. Today, all seafood is inspected by experienced handlers to ensure only the highest quality product reaches our customers. Cantlers will be closed Monday January 4th-Friday January 8th for general maintenance. We will re-open Saturday, January 9th, at 11 a.m. Full menu till 10pm Sunday thru Thursday, 10pm Friday & Saturday Free docking for patrons arriving by boat! Due to covid-19 we are not taking reservations everything is first come first serve. We have limited parking, so please carpool if possible, and there is no RV or trailer parking. Also due to CDC guidelines we can not seat more than 6 person per table. We will accept parties larger than 6 but be mindful you will need to be split up into 2 tables and wait times may be longer than usual.
