Jide was founded by three ex-Google engineers in 2014 with a vision of ushering in a new era of computing by pioneering productive Android products. We do this by working with our community of users to build the future of mobile based productivity. Our community’s feedback helps us optimize our software and hardware and it’s what will separate us from the rest. We buy into what Alan Kay once said, “people who are serious about software should make their own hardware.” We are not a company just building products to sell. We are about building products that have the potential to change the world. We are not a company only interested in the bottom line. We are interested in removing barriers to access of information and technology. Traditional PCs have dominated the computer industry for almost 30 years now. We believe it's time for a change. We aim to change the world through Remix OS.
