jheSOLUTIONS is a senior independent advisory practice founded in 2015 by Mark Huddleston CDir BEng (Hons). We work with a select number of organisations at any one time including manufacturing businesses, public bodies, arms-length organisations, local councils and ambitious SMEs, on the decisions and outcomes that matter most. Our work spans strategy, operational excellence, interim leadership, business development, policy analysis and strategy creation & implementation. We bring an unusual combination on capabilities: hands-on experience running and restructuring businesses, governance of major public investment programmes, and deep knowledge of policy and government across Northern Ireland and beyond. We operate independently and quietly. We do not seek profile or publicity. We are most useful to organisations that want honest, senior, experienced thinking.
