His goal has always been to provide exceptional service to not only his clients but also to the many real estate professionals that he works with. In order to accomplish that goal he needs a team of mortgage professionals and also control of the loan process. In working at JFK Financial, a Las Vegas based mortgage bank Ken has control of his files from start to finish. This is a critical piece to the loan puzzle due to the fact that most lenders take 45-60 days to close a loan. By having in-house processing, underwriting and funding Ken is able to streamline the loan process and close loans much quicker than the competition. This reality has played a huge role in our ability to grow our busines and seperate us from others in the industry.
