Jewometaal Stainless Processing B.V. Information

Jewometaal Stainless Processing B.V. is situated directly in the port of Rotterdam. Approx. 250,000 t of stainless steel scrap are processed here every year making this operation one of the largest individual locations for stainless steel scrap the worldwide. Although Jewometaal was always located in the port of Rotterdam, in 2000 the new and highly modern location was occupied in Botlek-Rotterdam. With over 50,000 m2, direct deep-water access and its own loading and unloading facilities, Jewometaal can both discharge and load sea-going vessels and containers as well as river boats. It is, of course, also possible to process trucks at the site. The company is part of the ELG Haniel Group, a global leader in the trading, processing and recycling of raw materials for the stainless steel industry as well as high performance materials such as superalloys, titanium and carbon fibres.
