Dave Vint is a dad and executive coach who learned in the trenches, upleveling teams through organizations like Marriott and Apple, and later as an IT Services CEO. His life's work is Jetstream, a coaching approach for small business leaders and their teams built on a core belief: Finding great people isn't enough. Everyone carries a unique set of talents, emotional intelligence tools, and life experiences. When those are fully engaged in collaboration, teams fly faster than they believed possible. When they're ignored or suppressed, teams lose so much efficiency they practically fly backwards. Success always starts with leaders who find their own Jetstream first. Dave isn't a consultant and gives no easy answers. His goal is to draw those answers out of the leaders he works with. He does that using modern emotional intelligence and personality assessment, combined with ICF coaching frameworks, to break mental loops, create measurable progress, and make performance gains permanent.
