This is a sole proprietorship set up to manage properties as an independent contractor, serving as a point of contact between property owners and tenants. Responsibilities including making sure the property is maintained and assisting owners with finding new tenants for their properties. Jester Property Management is registered as a trade name in Clinton County Iowa. The company moved with me to Mesa, AZ in August of 2020. The domain name jesterpropertymanagement.com is registered and forwarded to this LinkedIn company page for simplicity, at least for now.
