Jessi Fit Pilates Information

It's founder, Jessi Albin, is a Master Fitness & Pilates Trainer, Nutritionist, Blogger, and an ABSolute pilates Goddess! She has 23,000 hours of experience in both New York City and San Francisco. Jessi draws from her knowledge to create group classes, individual programs, and unique media content. She applies scientific principles with colorful exercise cues to get you on track to reach your goals. Her motto is "Strengthen Stretch and Smile!" Whether during a private tailored lesson or a bootcamp style TRX class Jessi's passion is to motivate you to move more and to move better! Jessi has worked with students as young as 12 and as old as 90. She has lead groups from 2 to 60 people. She has extensive experience with clients who suffering: heart disease, cancer, HIV/AIDS, fibromyalgia, and cerebral palsy. Jessi specializes in corporate wellness and can teach you Pilates techniques to alleviate posture related pain. She's an expert with joint problems, more prevalent in today's society as we become more sedentary and overweight. Jessi has had great success in both the last 10 pounds and can help you in combating obesity. She especially enjoys working with pre/post natal clients and has great success in getting new moms back to their pre-pregnancy shape. During her time in NYC she extensively worked with models to maintain thier long lean muscle tone without any bulk and can help you get there before your next festival or event! Jessi has 23,000 hours of real world hands on teaching experience. She has taught for Salesforce, Google, LinkedIn, Real Pilates NYC / Alycea Ungaro, Pilates ProWorks, Equinox Fitness, Crunch Fitness, The Sports Club/ LA, New York Health & Racquet Clubs, bodyFi, Laughing Lotus Yoga, Drago's Gym, Re:AB Pilates Studio, Art of Control Pilates Studio, The Yoga Sanctuary, and The Jewish Community Center of Mid-Westchester. She has appeared as a fitness model on New York One News, Time Out New York, Pilatesology and Zenrez. She has walked the fashion runway for Silver Lucy and Super Sugar Ray Ray and is the west coast brand ambassador for Ibiza Love Child.
