Jersey Association of Sustainability Practitioners (JASP) Information

Purpose: To accelerate the pace and scale of action on sustainability in Jersey by building and strengthening the island’s community of sustainability practitioners, through collaboration, sharing of best practice, and enhancing the overall professional development of its members. Vision: To create a collaborative space for sustainability practitioners to learn from and support each other whilst advancing the Island’s sustainability agenda. Objectives: Reduce duplicated effort and accelerate results by sharing knowledge and best practise between practitioners Enable sustainability practitioners to speak with a coordinated voice based on science and best practise expertise to shape the sustainability agenda on the island Represent the sustainability industry to government and other public bodies, including advocating for sustainable development Share thought leadership to a wide audience to increase collective sustainability awareness Support and provide professional learning opportunities for sustainability practitioners of the future
