Jennifer Congdon is a dedicated attorney committed to defending the rights of the accused. She has received degrees in Spanish and Political Science from the University of Minnesota. Jennifer graduated from William Mitchell College of Law with honors (cum laude). Jennifer accepts cases throughout Minnesota including: Dakota, Ramsey, Hennepin, Washington, Anoka, Carver, and Scott Counties.
