JEL Site Development is a Family Owned Company and has played a vital role in our region's growth for nearly 20 years. We have helped build some of the area's finest subdivisions, schools, medical centers, apartment complexes, and shopping centers. JEL Site Development is a fully insured, bondable state licensed excavation and underground utility contractor. We own and maintain an extensive fleet of heavy machinery and currently have more than 100 employees on staff.
