Jeff Karskens Designer is a design consultancy established in 2010 located in the design precinct of Surry Hills (central Sydney). We undertake the considered design of all projects from concept to completion to suit your needs and expectations. Our projects are located across Sydney and NSW. Our experience includes new homes, major renovations, volume housing, residential subdivision and masterplanning, seniors living communities, social and affordable housing initiatives for private clients, commercial development and government agencies. Studio 301 is a collaboration of architecture, landscape architecture and design consultancies, located in the iconic Marlborough House, Surry Hills, central Sydney. The studio has the capacity to take on larger scale projects as required, with the strength of three experienced principals to achieve outstanding, design driven results. Our combined experience in integrated and volume housing, with ongoing work on bespoke residential projects, means that we match innovative design concepts with practical building methods tailored for the developer-builder looking to achieve a high-quality product.
