Jefas is a global community connecting, supporting, and amplifying women shaping the future of the electronic music industry. Rooted in authenticity, ethical values, fresh vision, and a determination to drive meaningful impact. Founded in 2025 by Jeanne, Thea, and Violeta, Jefas emerged from a shared need among friends who met in Ibiza and has grown into an active network of 100+ female professionals working across bookings, tour management, logistics, production, artist management, PR, media, creative roles and more. Members are part of leading agencies, festivals, artist teams, and global music projects. Through events, workshops, gatherings, and collaborations, Jefas drives real change from within the industry under the motto: “Make the music industry a better place.”
