We operate our own full-scale production kitchen — nothing is outsourced or prepared in a cloud kitchen. Every meal is cooked fresh the same day it's delivered, using recipes rooted in Lebanese home cooking with international variety: Italian, Indian, Mexican, Asian, and more. Since launching in 2024, we've served over 5,300 orders, generated AED 7.7M in revenue, and maintained a 62.6% customer repeat rate — all with zero advertising spend. Our growth is entirely organic, built on food quality and word of mouth.
