JebiTech builds hospitality technology for the people who run the operations, not just the people who buy the software. We started in 2017 as hospitality technologists solving real operational problems for vacation-rental and property-management operators, then built those solutions into products of our own. Today we do two things. We build VIRTUENXT, a modular suite of six products for professional vacation-rental and property-management operators, from around 20 units to networks of 30,000 and more. A PMS alone is rarely enough. Every operator runs differently and needs capabilities the PMS does not cover: AI-powered inspections, guest experience, a direct booking engine, real-time owner settlements, accounting, and franchise oversight. VIRTUENXT adds those on top of the PMS you already use, through one connection, so you keep your system of record and add capability without a migration. Start with one product, add others as you need them. And we build for other hospitality technology companies.
