JD Enterprises is a national parking and mobility consultancy founded in 2015 by Joseph Dudek and Jason Scott, former parking operations executives who spent their careers inside the industry, not studying it from the outside. We work for parking asset owners. Not operators. Not vendors. That independence is what allows us to surface the findings others have an incentive to hide. Our work falls into three disciplines: 1. Assurance — Revenue control audits, operational reviews, Parking PI mystery shops, 45 & Drive rapid asset assessments, operator evaluations, and rate studies.
