On June 1, 1999, Jasper Kruizinga and Doeke Holtrop founded JD Engineers B.V. A company that designs innovative, sustainable machinery and solutions for the corrugated cardboard and box industry. Over the years, we have proven to be a solid, innovative, and dynamic company. Currently, we have over 40 employees working at our company. We offer a wide range of technical knowledge and experience. We are active in providing equipment and services to packaging manufacturers, such as those supplied by Tanabe, Marumatsu, or Umetani. In 2002, JD Engineers started developing improvements for existing machines. These improvements often arise from the problems our customers experience. The solutions we provide can be a simple machine component or a complete computer-controlled, user-friendly servo system. These projects are carried out in-house, which means that all mechanical and electrical components, including software, are developed and implemented by JD Engineers. Therefore, we offer a complete customized solution! JD Engineers installs and upgrades a wide range of folding-gluing machines. The range of upgrades includes: Conveyor control, Counting systems, Servo systems for backfolding hooks, Glue control, Stopper systems, 6-point folding systems, Additional folding belts, etc. All these upgrades are developed and designed by JD Engineers, which means that all mechanical and electrical components, including the software, are developed by JD Engineers. This ensures our customers that we can provide the best possible solutions in the market.
