JCS Coaching and Consulting offers: - Sales Consulting: Facilitating businesses to create and implement authentic sales structure and overall culture. Most of the companies that I am working with are growing and either adding a sales department to their internal teams or are refining their expanding department to have a clarified structure. - Life and Leadership Coaching: Facilitating individuals, coaches and teams who know they are being called to re-invent and/or transform their lives, leadership approach, worldview, and/or way of being. They know that to get where they want to go - or to create something new - that they can no longer rely on past successes or operate from auto-pilot. They know a new approach is required. They must be wide awake, engaged and aware that including coaching and support through this transition is tantamount to its sustainability and success. I am Julia Sherman, the owner/creator of JCS Coaching and Consulting. I believe in the amplified power of authentic and conscious leadership. I know that that if people/companies can embrace this genuine approach to leadership that they will create motivated, productive and top-performing teams who will consistently work to improve, grow and develop themselves and their organization. Personally, I have found success with this approach as an award winning reporter, a top performing sales person, and most recently, a sales leader who coached teams to success. In my tenure in home building, my teams and I have sold more than 3000 homes and generated more than $1.3 billion in sales revenue. While collaborating with departmental partners, we were also able to create excellent and sustainable customer experiences quantified through third party tallied surveys as well as deepening relationships with internal and external customers.
