JCP Construction, LLC was founded in January, 2008 by the Phelps brothers. They combined their 30 years of combined construction experience to start a company dedicated to delivering the best construction projects, on time and within budget. JCP Construction has matured and evolved into a commercial construction company that focuses on self performing selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete and carpentry projects. Although being a subcontractor to some of most recognized contractors in the nation, JCP has expanded their operations to general contracting and construction management services as well. The concise team of JCP members possesses diverse skills sets in commercial and residential project management. With the President leading the way as a LEED accreditation professional the company is very interested in the preservation of materials while maintaining economically sound construction budget and executing projects on time.
