JC Rapid MFG Factory was founded in 2002,which is a private-owned enterprise,specializes in building plastic injection molding,injection products,rapid prototypes and CNC machining parts.We had passed ISO 9001 international quality management system certification.factory locates in Shenzhen of Guangdong province,China, occupies 6000 square meters. We have 24 CNC machines, 8 EDM machines, 3 W-cut machines,13 injection machines , 2 vacuum casting machine , laser engraving equipment, milling machines, lathes, grinders, sandblasting machine, silkscreen machine,painting workshop. Our company operates prototyping department , rapid tooling department, injection molding department and other production departments.We have nearly 50 professional technology personnel , providing rapid prototype and short run production of household appliance, medical equipment, sports equipment, automotive parts and housing, especially for large medical equipment and concept car etc which can't make products by injection mold production ,we can also provide short run production housing and accessories.
