JBUR-Solutions does keep common items like memory and hard drives in stock, but essentially we are a service business and not a hardware retailer. For big ticket items or items with onsite support, we guide the customer through the vendor's ordering process. For all other items we give the customer the option either to pay our consulting fee or our retail markup price. JBUR-Solutions currently has affiliations with several vendors which allows us to earn commissions on many of the products we sell or recommend, in turn reducing the cost for our customers.
