JBA Physio Information

JBA Physio is a boutique physiotherapy, allied health and fitness practice committed to high-quality care, ongoing education and empathy towards all of our clients. The clinic was founded in 2009 by musculoskeletal physiotherapist Jane Banting. At JBA Physio, we have a holistic view of health and we work collaboratively with our clients to assist them back to doing the things that they love without pain - be that working, travelling, playing sport or socialising with family and friends. Our emphasis is on active management and our therapists work to empower clients to manage their injuries by balancing work with exercise and healthy lifestyle practices, as well as building ergonomic setups into work and home life. We understand that everyone moves differently and we work with clients of all levels of fitness and injury, building tailored programs to address the specific needs and goals of every individual. JBA Physio offers musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, using manual therapy techniques, superficial dry needling, soft tissue techniques, individualised physiotherapy exercise sessions, advice regarding pain management and provision of individual exercise programs. We have a special interest in treating complex back, hip and neck injuries, shoulder pain and headaches, work-related and motor vehicle injuries, and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation. Our individualised physiotherapy exercise sessions include Clinical Pilates, strength and conditioning and balance exercise to clients who range from school-aged students to older adults.
