JB Advisory is an independent advisory practice focused on enterprise transformation — AI implementation, platform modernization, ERP consolidation, and M&A integration. Prior to founding JB Advisory, I led the AI transformation of Amazon's Accounts Payable platform: $219B in annual payments, 52M invoices, 84% automated processing. Running in production, not a proof-of-concept. Before that, 20 years of ERP implementations, M&A workforce integration for 45,000 employees across 26 countries, and platform consolidations across manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, and financial services. I work with a small number of organizations and senior leaders each year on scoped, high-stakes engagements — transformation strategy, AI implementation reality checks, program health assessments, and executive thought partnership.
