Jaza Pengo is Kiswahili for “close the gap” or “fill in the blanks”: - in Europe : fill the growing gap of qualified resources; - in Africa : fill the growing unemployment gap. The role of Jaza Pengo is to act as interface - in Europe : support businesses with identification, shortlisting, training, testing, selection, recruitment and administrative support of qualified resources; in Africa : provide qualified talent with opportunities to escape unemployment. In a first phase, Jaza Pengo will focus on engineers and expert technicians.
