Japan Lacrosse Association is the national governing body of lacrosse in Japan. As the first Asian country founded at 1987, Japan Lacrosse Association has developed the sport in Japan with three missions, promoting volunteer spirit, armature spirit and grass roots international cultural exchange. “Lacrosse Makes Friends” is the slogan of the Association. Through independent and effective leadership, Japan Lacrosse Association has developed collegiate, club, and youth leagues and tournaments with high qualified coaching and officiating programs. Japan Lacrosse Association contributes on the development of sports in Asia and international activities.
