Janix is one system for the whole event — for the teams running conferences, annual meetings and festivals. A conference is four countdowns, and most producers run all four by hand. Seats sold. Program slots filled. Sponsor packages sold. Booths or activations taken. Same shape four times: a scarce thing, a deadline, and a population who could fill it before the deadline passes. Every platform can tell you who bought a badge. None of them moves the other three numbers. Janix puts submissions, voting, programme, speakers, registration, badges, check-in, exhibitors, sponsors and email on one record — one database, one event. Then it tells you on a Tuesday which countdown is behind and who could fill it. You choose how much of it your audience sees as yours. Run it hosted, run it on your own domain with your own branding, put your own front end on our API, or embed a few pieces in the site you already have. Your designers keep every pixel they want to keep. How we charge: one annual licence, paid up front. No percentage of ticket sales, no per-registrant fee, no overage at any volume. Every other platform in your budget makes more money when your event grows. We don't — so when we tell you to add a hall or raise a pass price, you know why we're saying it. You connect your own Stripe account and stay the merchant of record. The money goes to you, not through us.
